Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. If an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we will tell you and either offer a replacement or cancel that item and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is missing or damaged.

Problems with an order

If something is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right — by replacing the item or refunding it.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
